A Debt-Free Construction Company
As with many industries, cash flow can be a major obstacle in preventing the overall success of a construction company. We have found that avoiding debt is the key to longevity. By refraining from using lines of credits from banks and credit cards, we can maintain a debt free existence. We also experience greater creative freedom by not having the added pressure from monthly payments and interest rates.
We use down payments and bi-weekly draw payments from our customers to keep the projects running smoothly with positive cash flow. We work with AIA contacts to protect both the client and ourselves in the financial transactions. We also use an open book policy and Waivers of Liens with our suppliers as additional security for our clients.
Chase Homes owns all vehicles, tools and other equipment used in the execution of services. Customers have a different experience when they work with a company that is not in debt. They notice that the project is about the end results, the journey to achieve those results, and never about the financial transactions for services rendered.
