Chicago, IL: Museum Stairway
This project incorporated laminated glass, custom stainless steal fasteners, braided aircraft cables, and tension springs to create a suspended glass ribbon that runs continuously for 4 stories. This was executed in Chicago, IL to make the 100 year old stairwells safer for museum patrons. (Click photo to see a larger image.)
Kalamazoo, MI: Custom Tile Work
A new fitness facility in Kalamazoo, MI needed some tile work with a focus on the details. This installation included metal strips that finished the tiles against the mirrors, tile spacing that matched from the floor up the walls, and circular cuts around the floor drains.
